What would you like to do with your LEA account?

I forgot my LEA password or need to reset it.

Use Password 重置 

This option will ask you for answers to your 2 security questions to validate your identity.


Use Self-Service Banner 

If you don’t know the answers to your 2 security questions, you can still use Self-Service Banner to reset your LEA password.  You will need your 拉马尔ID and PIN.

  1. 去 www.拉马尔.edu,点击 路连接,点击 学生 or Faculty/Staff,点击 Self-Serv Banner
  2. 日志 在 Self-Service Banner with your 拉马尔ID and PIN
  3. 点击 Personal Information 
  4. 点击 Change Your Pin OR Recover LEA Username and Password
  5. Scroll down until you see your LEA Username
  6. 点击 Give me a temporary password
  7. Write down the temporary password (it is case sensitive) and 点击 OK
  8. 登录 to Password 重置: Type your LEA Username and TEMPORARY and 点击 登录
  9. Type your temporary password, new password, and confirm the new password and 点击 OK
注意: Your new password must be at least 15 characters using uppercase, 小写字母, a special character, and a number.  Also, do not use any part of your name or username in the new password.
When you are done, you should be able to log 在 email, LU Learn, Course Evaluations, myScholarships, WEAVE, and the computers on campus.

I need to change my LEA password.

This option will prompt you for your current LEA username and password and allow you to change your password.

I need to register my LEA account, so I can easily reset my password when I forget it.

Register your LEA account with Password 重置 so you can easily reset your password anytime. 登录 with your current LEA password and set up your security questions now! LEA 2-Step (DUO) enrollment required.

  1. 去 www.拉马尔.edu,点击 路连接, 点击 学生 or Faculty/Staff,点击 密码
  2. 登录 to Password 重置: Type your LEA username and password and 点击 登录.
  3. In the Welcome popup 点击 the 点击这里 button.
  4. Select, answer, and confirm 4 security questions from the drop-down boxes then 点击 下一个.
  5. 下载 两人移动 app from the app store or play store.
  6. 点击 下一个 to begin the LEA 2-Step (DUO) enrollment.
  7. 点击 开始安装.
  8. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  9. Then 点击 on Continue to 登录. Select Send Me a Push and approve on your phone. This step confirms operation of LEA 2-Step and you will see an enrollment successful message.

I need to change my security questions.

If you need to change your security questions log在 password reset with your LEA username and password.

  3. 点击 招生
  4. 单击 铅笔图标 next to View my security questions to view your questions.
  5. 单击 修改 button.
  6. 取消的 Hide Answer(s) checkbox so you can see what you type.
  7. Choose your 4 security questions.
  8. Type your 4 answers.
  9. 点击 更新 once finished.
  10. 点击 签署了 from the drop-down in the top right corner.

拉马尔ID


 拉马尔ID provides access to your personal information, student records, 付款, and financial aid information.  Your 拉马尔ID consist of an upper case L and eight (8) numeric digits.  The 拉马尔ID Personal Identification Number (PIN) consists of six (6) numeric digits.  

拉马尔IDs and PINs are used for:
  • Self-Service Banner
  • Online Bill Payment

I forgot my 拉马尔ID PIN or need to reset it

You can easily reset your 拉马尔ID PIN with Self-Service Banner.  Simply enter your 拉马尔ID and 点击 忘记销.   Be sure to capitalize the L.

I forgot my 拉马尔ID.

Current and accepted students can locate their 拉马尔ID on the front of their CardinalOne Card or acceptance letter.

I need to change my 拉马尔ID PIN

This option will prompt you for your current 拉马尔ID and PIN and allow you to change your PIN.

  5. Type in your Old PIN (the PIN you just used to log in)
  6. Type in your New PIN
  7. Type in your New PIN aga在 confirm it
  8. 点击 改变销

I need to create or change my security question, so I can easily reset my PIN when I forget it.

If you know the answer to your security question, you can easily reset your 拉马尔ID PIN anytime you forget it.
